How we handle information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the LIAM website, booking flows, and related services operated from the United States by Management Acquisition LLC. “LIAM,” “we,” and “us” refer to Management Acquisition LLC, doing business under the LIAM brand.

For website visitors and people who contact us directly, Management Acquisition LLC generally determines why and how personal information is used and acts as the controller or business where those terms apply. When we process information for a customer as part of a campaign or service delivery, that customer may decide the purpose and means of processing. In that context, the customer may be the controller or business, and Management Acquisition LLC may act as a service provider or processor under the applicable agreement.

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, role, booking details, account information, messages, and billing or transaction details. When you download a worksheet or checklist, we record the name and email you submit, the resource requested, when you submitted it, and whether it was included in a staff export.

We also receive technical information when you use the site, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location, referral information, and event or error logs. Some of this information may be collected through cookies; see our Cookie Policy.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through a contact form or campaign brief unless we specifically ask for it.

We use information to provide and improve the service; respond to inquiries; schedule calls; set up and administer accounts; communicate about service, billing, and support; prevent misuse; understand site performance; and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. We use the name and email submitted for a downloadable resource to provide that download and may follow up about LIAM. Authorized staff can review and export these submissions; we keep a record of when each was exported.

We may use professional contact information supplied by a customer to perform prospecting and outreach instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their instructions and contact lists have an appropriate legal basis and respect applicable marketing rules.

We may share information with vendors that help us host the site, operate communications, schedule meetings, process payments, provide analytics, or support the service. They may use information only to provide services to us and subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless clearly described and permitted by applicable law.

LIAM is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will seek to use an appropriate mechanism, such as contractual protections or a recognized adequacy decision. We do not rely on the former EU–US Privacy Shield.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of information and our relationship with you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce risk. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message.

To make a request, email privacy@aileadmanager.com. We may need to verify your identity and may have lawful reasons to limit a request. You may have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable rights.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
